Our Story
Every investor wants to have an exit strategy. Generally there are two exit strategies: First, being acquired by a larger company, or Second, going public. An investor, if they so wish, can sell all or a portion of their shares to recover their initial investment. We are currently negotiating a merger with a clean energy company which, after the merger is complete will make us a fully reporting OTC company. Our goal is to achieve sales and profits in order to qualify for NASDAQ.
